Why are there not more lap swim hours?
Is it possible to swim during lap swim hours if I have family membership?
Yes, if you purchased a lap swim pass together with your pool membership, you may use lap swim during the designated hours (reservations are required). Without a lap swim pass, you may only use the pool during family recreational hours. However, you may add lap swim to your family membership at any time by logging into your account and purchasing a Lap Swim Pass.
Why can’t I make more than two reservations at a time?
In order to regulate the flow of reservations, you may only make a reservation 2 weeks in advance and a maximum of 2 reservations per individual at a time. As soon as you use one or both of your reservations, you may make another one. There is no limit to how many reservations you can make throughout the season.
I can’t attend my reservation, how do I cancel it?
login to your account and go to the Reservations tab →Make Reservations. Select Lap Swim from the facility group drop down menu and navigate to the date and time of your reservation to cancel it. Canceling your reservation allows another swimmer to utilize that spot.
Can I bring guests to lap swim?
Guests are not allowed during lap swim hours at this time
Are children allowed during lap swim?
Members who have added lap swim to their family membership may bring children to lap swim. Non-members may purchase a separate pass for their child. However, please be advised there is no lifeguard on duty, therefore children under the age of 14 require adult supervision at all times during lap swim.
Can I purchase a day or monthly pass for lap swim?
Generally no, as we prefer swimmers to purchase a lap swim pass for the season, so that we can plan for enough staff and resources to support this small program. Daily passes are not available. However, in some circumstances we can grant weekly or monthly passes. Please contact us at lapswim@westgatecabana.com to inquire.
If I have only a Lap Swim Pass, may I use the showers?
Yes, the restrooms and showers are available during lap swim hours
